Anonymize Links on your site with Anonym.to

Links take you from one page to another, bonding the two or more webpages together. If you have installed Analytics code on your site, then you can see the sites which are referring to your site. Sometimes, you may want to hide your site from appearing in the referrer sites list, reason can be anything. Anonym.to will help you to do so. By using Anonym.to, you can simply hide your site from referring list of other sites.

Suppose, you want to link to Site B but don’t want to appear in the Site B’s referral sites list, then you can use this site. Anonym.to lets you refer to other sites without letting knowing them. When you create a link using anonym.to to refer to a site, then the destination site’s referrer list will show anonym.to site instead of your site. Your site identity will be kept safe and you can link to all the sites. Here is the process to use Anonym.to

To get started, just follow the steps described below.

1. Go to http://anonym.to/en.html (en for English version)
2. Put URL in the box which you want to link to, e.g., http://www.techlisten.com
3. Hit the Generate URL button.

You will instantly see the anonymized URL just below the source URL.  This process works great if you want to anonymize just one or few links. However, sometimes you need to anonymize all the links on a page, this can be done by adding the Anonym.to Javascript code to your site. Here’s the guide for it.

1. Copy below Javascript code

2. Paste the code on your site before the closing </body> tag.
